I did sub a flour tortilla The Baja fish taco was lacking - no pineapple salsa and the fish was tough/dry. Their menu is impressive and affordable, but I'm a creature of habit--I always go for the Papi Bowl. It's super filling and absolutely tasty! You can choose from pork, chicken, brisket, ground beef, or even Brussels sprouts, all served over rice with pico de gallo, beans, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, pickled red onion, and queso fresco. Now, if you visit during brunch and are in the mood for breakfast items, you're in luck! They offer a fantastic brunch menu, and my favorite is the huevos rancheros paired with yuca fries. It's the perfect way to start your day! Highly recommend! ”
